The Ruido Blanco Residence has multidisciplinary narrative workshops, observation and study of space, and design workshops as initiators to think collectively. Meet the team that will accompany the production processes and make this program possible.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR
GIA CASTELLO
Program Manager for Ruido Blanco. She works as an advisor for Decentraland Grants Program, contributing for multimedia artists to develop a decentralized metaverse. She was an artist-in-residence at the School For Poetic Computation in 2019 in New York as a digital artist. In addition, she is part of the production team of the international film festival FICIC, and was project manager for the transmedia narrative organizations Periodismo Modelado, ÑoñoVR and SeirenFilms.

CONTENT DIRECTOR
STEFANIA KRUMKAMP
Visual Artist and Cultural Mediator has been formed in the National University of Arts (UNA), she is part of the artist collective @yaguaretesas. She has carried out exhibitions in different art programs and cultural venues, among which stand out: The Latin American Art Fair, San Diego; “Espacio Lalitho”, Central de Abastos de Oaxaca, Mexico; Festival Yuki, Buenos Aires, Prelude. A Walk through the Neotropics, Puerto Iguazú; Hangar Gallery, Lisbon; L'expressoir Art Residency, Marnay-Sur-Sein, France. She has illustrated for the book of Flamantes, No. 15 based in Spain; for the International Seminar on border spaces: territorialities and cross-border subjects: V Geofrontera (UNAM) and for the magazine of the Research Secretariat of the FHyCS-UNAM, La Rivada, Misiones, Argentina.

NARRATIVE MENTOR
BLANCA ESTELA PAN
She was Director of Culture of the Municipality of Puerto Iguazú, a position from which she organized events, meetings, exhibitions and fairs. She represented the Cultural Affairs Bureau in provincial and international events, supporting artistic groups. She carried out projects for the development of capacities, through basic education programs. She is a permanent collaborator of El Independiente Iguazú in paper format, from where she makes part of her work known, always illustrated by Rocío Mikulic, who also participates in her book Discovering verses and mud chronicles .

PROJECT MENTOR
GILBERTO RODRIGUEZ
His field of artistic study covers Indeterminacy and the intersections between Music/Visual Arts and Spatial/Temporal overrlapings, in the Visual Arts Painting Orientation (UNA). He is also an architect from the University of Buenos Aires. He was a teacher of Geometric Representation Systems at FADU (UBA), and of painting at University Extension (IUNA), National Museum of Decorative Art and in his own workshop. He was selected in various competitions and participated exhibitions at the National Fund for the Arts, CC Konex, CC San Martín and CC Recoleta.

VISUAL STUDIES PROFESSOR
FEDERICO BACHER
Federico is a teacher of Visual Arts at UNA, and perfected at Florence at the Istituto Satatale D´Arte di Fierenze. As an artist believe to love nature gives us the opportunity to communicate with her, with the people and with ourselves in a pure way. The Temple, his workshop, is sometimes a divine order and other times a great chaos, just like life and the universe.
He currently directs his own sculpture chair at the National University of the Arts in Buenos Aires, and gives workshops at various art universities in China, where he uses the study of natural forms as triggers to create work.

IARA KREMER
Iara Kremer (Buenos Aires, 1990) is a photographer, graphic designer and collaborates as an editor in different visual projects. She is co-director and teacher at Santa (@santatalleres) since 2012. She has published three photobooks independently. Trained in photography at the Argentine School of Photography and studied Graphic Design at the University of Buenos Aires, she worked for 4 years as an ad-honorem assistant. She was part of the photographic collective Yeguas en Tránsito, with whom she exhibited in Valparaíso in 2017. She continues her training with workshops in yoga, Chinese medicine and piano.
